 Returns 

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or otherwise as described on the website – our offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for up to 15 days from the date of original purchase.
You can submit claims for reimbursement of up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in order details page. Please note that you can open only one question for each order.

To request a return or exchange, please contact the customer support team with your order number, reason for return, and (if any) evidence / photographs for any defective product. We will be glad to send a new item or refund the price you paid for the product (excluding shipping costs).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in original packaging (in a state resellable). We will examine e-mail and will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the product back to us. Make sure your return is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number (if possible) for all the return, as we are unable to return items that are damaged due protection inadequate and are not responsible for products lost or It returned damaged.

Please allow up to 5 business days to process a refund after receiving the returned item. Once we inspected the item and said that it is in – an acceptable condition, we will credit your original payment method during processing by the bank.
It is our policy to accept reimbursements as presented within 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the purchase unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

More types of goods are exempt from being returned. perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines can not be returned. Also, do not accept products that are intimate and sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
After return is received and inspected, we will send an e – mail to let you know that I received the item returned. We will receive also the approval or rejection of credit.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method original in – a certain amount of days.

Late or no refund
if you have not been repaid yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before repayment is officially posted.
Further contact the bank. There is often a long process before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be reimbursed unfortunately sale items can not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
only replace the items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to – change it for the same item, send – an e – mail to contact@shopitera.com.

Gifts In
case the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the return gift. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, or gift giver order was sent to to give later, we will send a refund to the offering gifts and he will learn about the return.

Transportation
To return the product, send – an e – mail to contact@shopitera.com.
You will be responsible for paying for their own travel costs to return the item. Transportation costs are reimbursable. If you receive a refund, return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time change can take your product to get to you may vary.

If transporting an item over $ 75, you should consider using a shipping service or traceable purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
